General:
- Getting extremely devoted to a niche hobby for a few weeks / months, then dropping it passionlessly
Communication:
- Not turning on your phone
- Not using any form of instant messaging / always appearing offline
- Instantly answering messages, at all times of day
- Religiously checking a list of imageboards/textboards
Isolation:
- Not leaving the house
- Only leaving the house for night walks
- Losing the ability to maintain a conversation IRL for more than a sentence or two
- Not looking in the mirror or watching 3DPD media. You begin to forget how humans look
Hygiene:
- Pissing in the sink
- Showering once a week, or less
- Wearing the same clothes to bed
- Wearing the same clothes for multiple days
- Only eating instant food
Sleep:
- Complete lack of sleep schedule
- Polyphasic sleep
- Staying up for days on end
- Sleeping for more than 12 hours at a time
