Once per day per level, a Bard can use his music to cast magical effects on those around him. They can be activated by singing, whistling, playing an instrument, etc.
Counter magical effects produced by sound. Bard rolls 1d20+7 as saving throw against magical effect; friends may choose to use Bard's result as their defense. Works for up to 10 rounds.
Target one character. This spell cannot be cast during combat. All characters within 90 feet that are able to see and hear the bard, whom the bard is also able to see, can be targeted by this spell. While fascinated, a character takes a -4 penalty on reaction checks, such as Listen and Spot, for one turn.
